I am sure, most of you must have gone through similar situation....another example of over commitment and under delivery!
Facts about Tata Docomo:
1. If your account is sufficiently funded, we will activate plan of our choice without your consent. Ghar ki baat hai….
2. Even after activating, we wont bother to provide you services on time. Ghar ki hi toh baat hai….we are a big lazy family
3. If you call our customer care, we will frame it as a technical problem and ask you to contact our technical wing….and the blame game continues…Happy Ping Pong time!
4. You are allowed only once to contact us (121) from your Docomo Number in 24 hrs. If you try second time…well sorry,….our executives become super busy gossiping in office!
5. If you wish to talk to our Manager…well it’s a myth!
6. If you send us email expressing your problem, we will send you a feedback form on our products and services and please remember….Its a auto generated mail…..
Keep it simple SILLY!
Nonsense!!!
P.S: The tag line is annoying because whenever you call their Customer Care, their AVM chants the same message and well you know....its not SIMPLE!
